Physical Test For 'Havaldar' Post :- 

Physical Efficiency Test (PET) :- 
Walking :- Male - 1600 meters in 15 minutes. 
                 Female - 1 Km in 20 minutes. 
Cycling :- Male - 8 Kms. in 30 minutes. 
                 Female - 3 Kms. in 25 minutes. 

Physical Standard Test (PST) :-
Male :- 157.5 Cms Height ( 5 Cms Relaxed in case of Garhwalis, Assamese, Gorkhas & members of ST). 
Chest :- 76 + 5 (Minimum Expansion) 

Female :- 152 Cms Height ( 2.5 Cms Relaxed in case of Garhwalis, Assamese, Gorkhas & members of ST). 
Weight :- 48 kg ( relaxable by 2 Kg in the case of Garhwalis, Assamese, Gorkhas & members of ST).
